Weekly Classes
Our dance classes blend contemporary technique with urban movement vocabulary. Each session is structured to build strength, coordination, and creative confidence in a supportive environment.
We run regular weekly classes suitable for different experience levels. Whether you are completely new to dance or you have been training for years, there is a session that will meet you where you are. Our teachers are practising artists with a strong focus on safe, inclusive teaching.
What to Expect
Classes typically begin with a warm-up to prepare the body, followed by technical exercises and movement phrases. We often include improvisation or creative tasks to help you find your own voice within the material. Sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. We generally train in bare feet, though some classes may use dance shoes depending on the floor. Bring water and a willingness to explore.
Levels & Booking
We offer introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels. Descriptions for each class indicate the recommended experience. Drop-in places are often available, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
